Beauty YouTuber Jeffree Star launched his palatial villa, Hidden Hills, for $ 20 million.

The asking price is 37% above the $ 14.58 million he paid for the French Normandy-style property in December 2019, property records show.

Completed and modernized in 2007, this 19,549 square foot residence has seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and is set on nearly 3 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac in the exclusive Ashley Ridge section of the Equestrian Enclave. It shares the grounds with two guest houses, a garage for 10 cars and a 3,700 square meter barn which is accessible via a separate driveway.

The highlights of the main house include a large gourmet kitchen, a family room, two offices, a home theater and a playroom with a wet bar.

A sculptural glass elevator leads to the master suite on the upper floor. It has two bathrooms, two walk-in closets and direct access to a two-story fitness room with changing rooms, a whirlpool and a sauna.

A wine tasting room and a chilled wine cellar complete the offer.

Outside there is a swimming pool with a spa, a fire pit, two barbecue areas and two covered terraces.

The listing is shared by Calabasas-based Marc and Sara Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.

Star is the 35 year old founder of Jeffree Star Cosmetics and Killer Merch.

In a video posted on June 15, the beauty mogul told his more than 16 million followers, “Being in this big house is so lonely.”

He cited the death of his beloved Pomeranian and the separation from his friend Nathan Schwandt as reasons for his decision to sell.

“It’s just not for me anymore,” he said. “It’s time to move on, it’s time to grow, and I don’t think I can do this here.”

Star is leaving the west coast for the sake of his mental health and plans to move to Wyoming full time, he said.
