According to the complaint, Jani was beaten with an iron pipe by Gaurav Chauhan, his brother Sourav Chauhan, Ajay Bhadoria, Ruturaj Jadeja and an unknown person they named Sharad.
“Gaurav threatened him with dire consequences if he did not pay the money.
