Exeter captures Pomeranian jewel | EurobuildCEE

US investor Invesco Real Estate has sold the Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport logistics park near Gdańsk International Airport to EQT Exeter. The complex, some of which is still under construction, consists of five buildings and has a total lettable area of ​​approx. 110,000 sqm.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport was developed in a joint venture between Invesco and Panattoni. It consists of a big box warehouse and four last-mile logistics buildings. The project is Panattoni’s largest park in Pomerania and is BREEAM Very Good certified.
